HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU ANSWER MY QUESTION?

We do our best to reply to all messages and emails within 24 hours, Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). A real person checks our inbox daily, so you will always hear back soon.

 

HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING PERIOD?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after being placed. Most ship within 24 hours, but processing can take up to 3 business days during busy periods.

 

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Orders ship Monday–Friday (excluding major holidays). You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships—usually within 1–2 business days.

 

OUT OF STOCK/BACKORDERED ITEMS:

In the event that any of your items are out of stock, we will send you an email to let you know when we expect to have the items shipped out by. If the items are not expected to be restocked within 2 weeks, we will automatically refund you for those items.

 

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?

We apologize that your shipment didn't arrive in perfect condition! Please contact us at hellobirdie@birdie-brand.com with your name and order number so we can make it right! Your order matters to us and our 30-day Money Back Guarantee applies to all orders.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Simply go to the Track My Order link on the Home Page or in the Main Menu and input your tracking number to see where your package is. If you need further assistance, we are always willing to help you.

 

THE TRACKING NUMBER SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER?

Once shipped, delivery is handled by USPS or UPS. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but your order is missing, please contact your local post office or call USPS at (800) 275-8777. Also, please email us at hellobirdie@birdie-brand.com so we may also assist you.
